Notes from James
WEEKLY LETTER
ISSUE #1 · APR 19
Hey {{first_name}}
This week marks the end of my 3 month solo travel adventure through the Philippines, Australia, Bali, and Thailand.
I now understand why it seems like every solo traveler says the same cliches at the end of their travels. It’s hard to write this email with a single original thought.
So, let’s just hit the basics:
Yes, it changed my life
Yes, everybody should solo travel at least once in their life
Yes, you learn so much about yourself
Yes, you won’t want to leave
Yes, I will be solo traveling again in the future
QUOTE OF THE WEEK
“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.”

From James
This week I am feeling extra grateful for my life.
Not only was I able to travel for the last 104 days, but I have been filled with passion to work on businesses that matter to me.
My ‘day job’ is running The Wellness Enterprise!
For those of you that don’t know, making videos for social media is my “side hustle” that started as a passion for learning with the hope to one day run my own business.
Over the past few months, my social media accounts have gained more attention than I ever thought was possible.
And, this past week, I was able to turn my future dreams into a reality by launching my first “adult” business on JPDurkin.com
I say “adult” business because I actually bought this URL when I was 10 years old!
It’s such a full circle moment to launch a new business on the same website URL that offered website services to business owners 13 years ago. I even found an old archive of the first website I ever built too.
If you’re interested in learning more about the system that I use to learn something new every single day, click here.
Thank you all for being a part of this journey! None of it would be possible without you.
