WEEKLY LETTER
ISSUE #24 · Sept 27

Hey {{first_name}}

People say that the sun and moon are long lost lovers who are separated by distance because they are too powerful when they come together.

The cruelness of fate keeps them opposite of one another. One comes up, the other goes down. Only to be left with brief glances of one another like two kids at a middle school dance too nervous to say hello.

But, what if they are no longer lovers?

What if they are former lovers instead?

What if the pain of seeing each other is too great for either to bare, so they limit their interactions to fleeting glances across the galaxy?

It’s like seeing your ex long after a harsh breakup. Your stomach drops, you linger long enough to remember some of the good old days, and then you disappear without saying a word.

Like any two should who truly loved each other, when the sun and moon finally do meet once again, the world stops and stares.

Eclipses are not only fun for us to watch, they are the reunion of two lost lovers reconnecting in a moment of unity.

From James
This past week I went to a “Biohacker Conference” in Miami

This was the largest health conference I have ever attended (for now).

I learned about so many different technologies that people are sharing with the world to benefit health outcomes.

It was sort of overwhelming how many gadgets and devices exist that I have never heard of.

And while all of these technologies are well intentioned, I don’t think most of them are necessary.

For example, red light therapy is becoming increasingly popular, but do you know what else has red light? The Sun. Just go outside.

Nonetheless, it was an amazing experience to meet hundreds of health-focused individuals and I am excited for more conferences like this in the future.

See you next week!
