From James

This past week I have been reconnecting with my love for the gym.

It can be difficult to find time for the gym while traveling. This past week I was in Myrtle Beach, and had access to a gym for the whole week.

What a difference working out every day makes for me.

Not only is the gym the best physical tool for improving your physical health, but it has helped me immensely mentally.

Yes, I realize that the gym isn’t some hidden gem that you haven’t heard about before, but if you have never gone consistently, this is your sign to start.

It’s the most basic things that you do consistently that have the greatest impact on your life. Positive or negative.
